Our Vision
Establishing opportunities for children to succeed in Cambodia & in the world...The organization's mandate is to create funding for a variety of education and skills training programs. This includes supporting University Scholarships, Vocational Training Projects, and Micro-Finance loans in rural villages. In addition, we hope our Non-Profit will fill in the gaps for all the existing programs that are out there.
We support:
The facilitation of volunteerism and charitable giving to other non profit organizations in order to provide humanitarian assistance worldwide in areas of education, public health, public safety, economical assistance, environmental health, cultural, religious and social needs. We will provide non-discriminatory assistance in such a way that shall not be geographically binding and shall provide charitable giving that encompasses all unmet human needs.
Accountability
Project Enlighten’s Board of Directors understands the importance of a transparent and responsible program. Striving to keep the larger picture in the forefront of our decision making process will help us not to compromise accountability. We will make every effort to listen, learn and respect the views brought forth by our collaboration with our Advisory Team. We have the expectation that we hold one another responsible for our shared vision.
We will pursue and demand transparency in conjunction with accountability from our partners and ourselves. This requires that we provide professional financial justifications of our activities and that we are not clouded by corruption within the communities we seek to assist. We will accomplish this by making documents and reports regarding donations and expenditures available to our team and supporters. Our intent is to provide humanitarian support while providing a higher level of professionalism along with compassionate Excellency.
